Ruby the great horned owl
"Owl Music" book reading

Author Kat Beaulieu will be reading and doing a presentation about his book "Owl Music." The program should last 15-20 minutes.
When the author first read “Owl Music” to Owl Center staff, it instantly shot up to one of our favorite-books-of-all-time status. Owl Music is an ageless book about a young boy, an owl and a feather. Its profound message coupled with simple but elegant illustrations will evoke tears as it reawakens a deep understanding of our relationship to nature.
"Owl Music is pure magic. It does what owls themselves do: It enchants us and shows us how to be in the world and what we can learn just by listening." -Jennifer Ackerman, author of the New York Times bestseller, What an Owl Knows: The New Science of the World's Most Enigmatic Birds.

Saturday, March 8 and Sunday, March 9 at 11:00 AM at the International Owl Center

Saturday, March 8 and Sunday, March 9 immediately following the book reading at the International Owl Center
