Keynote presentation:
An overseas adventure - meeting owls and owl people in North America
by Roar Solheim from Norway, senior curator at Agder University's natural history museum
Presentation 7:00 - 8:00 PM

Roar Solheim has studied European owls for more than fifty years. He made his first visit to North America in 2005, together with a Norwegian Broadcasting TV unit filming Snowy Owls, and meeting Denver Holt in Barrow. Since then, Roar has visited both US and Canada on several occations, studying owls and meeting dedicated owl people. This is a story of fascinating birds and humans.

Cost is $15/person for non-members or $10/person for International Owl Center members). Cost is $20/person if registering Feb. 27 or later for members or non-members. Pre-registration recommended. You can pay $20 at the door by cash or check.
